The Missouri Behavioral Health Council (MBHC/Council), formerly Missouri Coalition for Community Behavioral Healthcare, founded in 1978, represents Missouri’s not-for-profit certified community behavioral health clinics, community mental health centers, substance use treatment agencies, affiliated community psychiatric rehabilitation service providers, and a clinical call center.

Champion Networks Our champion networks extend beyond our member agencies to address the behavioral health needs of individuals when and where they need the support.
Prevention and Recovery Ensuring a robust behavioral health prevention, treatment, and recovery system across all of Missouri.
