Health & Community Services
The Council’s health and community services team fosters a community integrated approach, supporting the outreach, engagement, and care coordination efforts of our member agencies. Our member agencies have been leading the way in providing access to quality services in their communities, and our team at MBHC reinforces those efforts by providing project management, technical assistance, and coordinating with other community and state stakeholders to sustain these significant programs and services.
