Programs Community Outreach Collaboration & Communication Lead to Better Outcomes Our community outreach programs succeed through teamwork, partnerships, and collaboration among various agencies, hospitals, law enforcement, outreach workers, case managers, and researchers. Missouri Liaisons Building stronger community partnerships through our Community Behavioral Health Liaisons (CBHLs) and Youth Behavioral Health Liaisons (YBHLs). Behavioral Health Crisis Centers (BHCC) Creating a national model of efficient integration between law enforcement, the criminal justice system, and behavioral health services. Emergency Room Enhancement (ERE) Through partnerships with multiple agencies, ERE programs work to remove barriers and improve access to behavioral health services, while also reducing emergency room visits. Justice Involved Programs The objective of Justice Involved Programs is to stabilize offenders who have behavioral health or substance use disorders, enabling them to sustain employment and eventually take financial responsibility for their continued treatment. Statewide Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) Collaboration Project A collaborative project to improve the availability, accessibility, and awareness of resources and services within our communities. Upstream Youth Mapping Collaboration Project A collaborative project to enhance resources and services for children and youth in our communities by increasing availability, accessibility, and awareness.
