The MBHC team manages several data contracts and collects and stores data for the clinical programs it manages, as well as utilizes the Medicaid claims and DMH billing database. The team has connected these data silos, including clinical data from electronic medical records, into CareManager™ as our single statewide system of care solution to coordinate care, manage alerts and care gaps, monitor health outcomes, and inform population health and decision-making strategies. The MBHC Data Advisory Board is key in guiding and maximizing the efficacy of this system.
