CSTAR provides a full continuum-of-care approach to substance use disorder treatment and a flexible combination of clinical and supportive services. These services may include temporary living arrangements, when appropriate, that vary in duration and intensity, depending on the needs of the individual.
There are specialized CSTAR programs to address better the needs of individuals seeking treatment, including women and children, adolescents, and adults, as well as a focus on opioids.
