Created through the federal Excellence in Mental Health Act, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) exist to expand access to mental health and addiction care in community-based settings. Services include 24-hour crisis care, evidence-based practices, care coordination, and integration with physical health care.
